Return & Refund Policy

At Fast Glass & Windows Repair, we comply with California consumer protection laws and provide a clear return and refund process.
1) Stock Items (Ready-to-Ship Products)
- Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
2) Custom-Made Products (Final Sale)
Custom-made products—including custom cut glass, IGU (Insulated Glass Units), LowE units, tempered glass, and any item manufactured to customer specifications—are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3) Defects & Shipping/Installation Damage
- If a product is defective or damaged during delivery/installation, we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.
- Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the order and include your order number and photos of the issue.
4) Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, posting times may vary.
5) How to Start a Return
- Email olwininc@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions if the item is eligible under this policy.
- Pack items securely in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
