Fast Glass & Windows Repair by Olwin Inc. provides local delivery and professional installation for glass and window products in Los Angeles County and nearby areas.

Processing & Handling Time

• Stock items: 1–2 business days.
• Custom-made items (custom cut glass, IGU, LowE, tempered): typically 3–5 business days for fabrication.
• Orders placed after our daily cut-off may be processed the next business day.
• Business days: Mon–Sat (excluding holidays).

Transit / Delivery Window

• Local delivery and/or installation: 1–2 business days after the order is ready.
• Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days for most custom orders.

Pickup

Will-call pickup is available by appointment once your order is confirmed ready. Please bring your order number and a valid ID.

Same-Day / Emergency Service

Same-day board-up and emergency services may be available for an additional fee. Call us to check availability.

Shipping Fees

Delivery/installation fees are shown at checkout or quoted by our team based on distance, order size, and access conditions.

Damage on Delivery

Please inspect items upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it with the driver/installer and contact us within 72 hours with photos. We will repair or replace at no extra cost.
