These Terms govern your use of the website and purchases from Fast Glass & Windows Repair by Olwin Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Payment

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice until an order is accepted.
• We may require a deposit for custom jobs. Remaining balance is due upon completion/delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors).

Custom Work

Custom-made products (custom cut glass, IGU, LowE, tempered, and items built to your specifications) are produced based on the final measurements approved by you or verified by our technician. Such items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund except for defects caused by us.

Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the job site and notifying us of any building rules. Missed appointments or site conditions preventing work may incur a rescheduling fee.

Limited Warranty

We warrant our installation workmanship for a limited period specified on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties (e.g., for insulated units) apply where offered. Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or third-party work is excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant products/services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
